If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
tsuro operates and owns the website branded as tsuro.co.uk and the website branded as tsuro.app. References to 'the Website' in these terms refer to tsuro.co.uk and tsuro.app. tsuro provides users with access to its website and services through the tsuro account (‘tsuro account’).
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by tsuro and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to tsuro and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.

a. Registering for a tsuro account provides access to basic website features, while subscribing to Property Alert Protect is a separate agreement, governed by our Subscription Terms.
b. You may cancel your Property Alert Protect subscription at any time by contacting subscriptions@tsuro.co.uk. Cancellation of your subscription will terminate any ongoing monitoring and associated notifications related to the service.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
10. As part of your tsuro account, tsuro collaborates with trusted third-party providers to enhance your experience and offer additional services at no extra cost to you. By registering on our website, you agree to the sharing of your contact information with these providers for the purposes outlined below.
a. Home Setup Services by Just Move In. As part of your tsuro account, Home Setup Services are automatically included at no extra cost to assist with change of occupancy notifications and optional home-related services like utility setup and broadband. These services are provided by our partner, Ethical Introductions Limited (trading as Just Move In). Your contact information will be shared with Just Move In unless you opt out during the service process or by contacting us at support@tsuro.co.uk before your data is shared. Opting out will prevent the sharing of your contact information with Just Move In but will not impact other benefits of your tsuro account. You can find Just Move In’s privacy policy here. Please note that in order to arrange your Home Setup, Just Move In will contact you by telephone, email and SMS and we will share your contact information with Just Move In. tsuro may receive a commission from Just Move In of up to £10 per service taken but it will not affect the price of your service.
b. As part of your tsuro account, tsuro collaborates with Arnold and Baldwin, a national firm of property surveyors, to offer detailed property surveys (where applicable to your transaction). Your contact information will automatically be shared with Arnold and Baldwin, who may contact you by telephone, email, and SMS to arrange your survey for this purpose unless you opt out during the transaction process or by contacting support@tsuro.co.uk. Opting out will not affect other aspects of your tsuro account. You can find their privacy policy here. tsuro may receive a commission from Arnold and Baldwin but it will not affect the price of your service.
c. tsuro integrates with Yoti, a secure identity and address verification and electronic signature provider, to facilitate your onboarding and transaction with your solicitor. You can find Yoti’s privacy policy here. As part of this integration, we share your personal information with Yoti to verify your identity, address, and e-signature. Your data, including the verification report, will be securely processed and shared with your solicitor in compliance with GDPR standards. You have the right to manage your consent and data handling preferences directly. If you do not wish to proceed with identity verification via Yoti, please contact your solicitor.
d. tsuro integrates with Rightmove as part of the Property Alert Protect service to monitor property listings. No personal data is shared with Rightmove; only property-related identifiers are used.
e. Stripe is used to securely process subscription payments for Property Alert Protect. Payment details are stored and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy standards. Stripe is also used to process your payment of monies on account to your solicitor.
Password and Security
11. When you register on this Website, you will be asked to create a password, which you should keep confidential and not disclose or share with anyone.
12. If we have reason to believe that there is or is likely to be any misuse of the Website or breach of security, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account.

31. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tsuro accepts no liability for any of the following:
a. any business losses, such as loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, goodwill or commercial opportunities;
b. loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
c. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
General
32. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
